Really friendly kitchen staff, best prices for a good dinner in the whole town, nice open space areas, fridge in the room
Listed price did not include a 21% tax, WiFi did not work in the rooms, hotel music system always has a loud hum noise that the staff no longer hear only you :)

I really enjoyed the hotel's central location, which made it easy for me to explore this city's main attractions. The staff was also helpful in upgrading me to a fantastic room with extra space and a sitting area. Cleanliness was also impressive, and the hotel facilities were top-notch.

Located in the middle of the town. Close to restaurants and shops. Breakfast was fresh and a good start to the day.
Stayed here over Christmas and it was a complete nightmare. The room was worn out, outdated, and had poor ventilation. It was impossible to sleep due to the loud noises coming from outside, and the lack of attention from the hotel staff. The worst part was the lack of heat in the freezing cold room. It was disappointing that the hotel did not arrange for any day trips to help us enjoy our stay better. We would never stay here again.

The hotel's location was convenient for sightseeing, shopping and dining as it was close to the main attractions. the staff was friendly and willing to assist us with our requests. It was great to have breakfast included in the room cost, even though the variety of options was limited.
The outdated rooms were a major letdown as they lacked basic amenities, including proper working internet and air conditioning. the room was very noisy, which made it difficult for us to get a good night's sleep.

Guests can take a short walk to the lakefront. the staff is friendly and helpful but not always enough to make up for the outdated and noisy accommodations. the breakfast is decent and some rooms might offer good views.
The hotel's facilities are outdated and the walls are paper thin, making the noise from neighbors and the street unbearable at times.
